This agreement will become effective starting on purchase date and continue for 12 months. After this 12-month period, this agreement will automatically renew for successive 1-month periods unless cancelled in writing by Concept C or the client.
Scope of services
The client authorizes and gives full permission to Concept C to do the following on various social media sites for the client during the agreed contract period.
- Upload pictures, videos and other audiovisual elements.
- Post regular updates on the social media account. (including status updates, quizzes, information, news, etc.)
- Moderate comments, delete spam and engage fans.
- Organise contests to increase the fan base. (Following the platforms terms of service)
- Mesure and report analytics.
- Optimise the profile.
Concept C shall conceptualize, design, create strategies & campaigns for the client on the following social media platforms:
- Google my Business
This agreement may be terminated with or without cause by the company upon 15 days prior written notice.
This agreement may be terminated with or without cause by the client upon 15 days prior written notice subject to the restrictions included herein.
All materials given to us, like brochures, audio, video, photos, etc., will only be used for the client’s promotional purposes. It will not be used for any other purposes in any shape of form, and will be deleted if and when required.
All this information will be treated as confidential and proprietary in nature and will not be used by Concept C for any other purposes besides using the materials to promote the client on social media and digital platforms.
Neither the client, nor Concept C, shall be liable for any default, delay or lapse occurring due to events beyond their control including riot, strike, theft, war or acts of god and/or nature.
The client will need to provide:
- Pictures: Event pictures, product pictures, etc…
- Videos: All event videos, product showcase videos, etc…
- Events: All details of events in advance so we can help create a buzz thru social media platforms.
- Login credentials: All required login credentials.
- All past promotional materials (posters, ads, magazine ads) so that we have a good idea of the brands look and feel.
- Brand manual or existing guidelines: A copy of any brand manual or guideline manual if it exists. Also high resolution images of the logos. And any other important information ands newsworthy items for the brand that can be shared with the online community.
