Website and Hosting contract

Data hosting

Our hosting servers  offer space to store data related to websites and other content related to websites. Any other data will be tolerated ( in case of abuse) unless prior explicit authorization was given. The client’s storage space is limited to the amount he has signup for. At anytime the client can request a different hosting plan. In which cases he will be immediately be invoiced for the new plan.

The client is responsible of all website content and script updates.

Prohibited data:

  • Excessively violent content;
  • Content related to racism;
  • Pros terrorism sites;
  • Sites that violate Canadian laws;
  • Sites on pornography, bestiality, necrophilia and pedophilia;
  • Content violating copyright, trademark, intellectual property laws;
  • Software / Script used for SPAMMING;
  • Software / Script used for the practice of phishing;

Failure to comply with the conditions for hosting prohibited data will be penalized without reimbursement.

Reasons for termination

Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Abuse of servers – either intentionally or due to poor programming;
  • Engaging or promoting any type of illegal activity including fraud, ‘Email bombing’, denial of service attacks, storage and / or hosting and / or linking to illegal content, including, but not limited to , ‘warez’, ‘piracy’, key generator;
  • Services of trafficking in illegal material, drugs, gambling and / or obscene material;
  • Services to misappropriate or invalidate the patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of a third party;
  • Any fraudulent use of ‘ad-servers’ advertising, attempts to circumvent the quota system belonging to ‘no one’, certain podcasting sites, use of torrent software, proxies, excessive use of resources or ‘core dumping’;

Failure to comply with the conditions for hosting prohibited data will be penalized without reimbursement.

Saving data

The client is responsible for all data backups unless otherwise specified.

Technical support

Concept C is committed to providing technical support in French, as soon as possible, 24 hours a day, by requesting support via the customer area. Phone support is only available during business hours. Support is always faster during office hours.


Concept C undertakes to notify the client when the bandwidth included with his package is exceeded, and to make possible suggestions to resolve the situation. In the event of a deadlock Concept C can block access to data in the event of excess to avoid additional charges.

Payments, renewals and suspensions

New subscriptions

Payments for new subscriptions are required when creating the invoice, even before service activation.


Renewal of services is announced between 60 and 14 days before the due date. The invoice is generated 14 days before the due date. The client must pay the invoice before renewing the services. If it is a subscription to a hosting package, the client will see his access to the web control panel suspended after 7 days without news, then the data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the expiry date of the service. . For any other type of service, they simply will not be renewed. If a situation forces the client to postpone payment for the renewal, it is his duty to inform Concept C. In the event of suspension or deletion, Concept C cannot be held responsible.

Termination of services

For any termination before the expiry date, the client must inform Concept C in writing, and through the customer area, of any request for suspension of services. Under certain conditions, a refund can be issued.

Obligations and responsibilities

General obligations

The client has 30 days from the date of opening their hosting account to receive a full refund.
The domain names are registered in the name of the client for the period chosen when ordering and are therefore non-refundable.

Concept C towards the client:

  • Provide all necessary assistance to the customer, in order to maintain the proper functioning of the services sold.
  • Ensure availability and access to the server 24 hours a day, every day of the year and perform the necessary updates in order to maintain an exceptional quality of service. However, some exceptions could arise such as technical or network problems. In the event of a major problem, Concept C reserves the right to interrupt a service for a certain time, in order to carry out the updates or repairs necessary for the proper functioning of the services purchased or rented by the client.
  • In the event of major problems, a refund may be issued in the event of an extended outage, due to the 99.9% uptime guarantee policy.
  • Concept C undertakes to take all the necessary precautions to ensure the material protection of the data and programs that the client has entrusted to it.

The client to Concept C:

  • The client certifies that he is 18 years of age and over.
  • If the client is a company, the “contact” person certifies that he is an authorized representative of the latter.
  • Payments must be made in advance for the entire term chosen by the client on the site directly. Even if there is no data hosted on the account created for the client.
  • The client agrees to keep his email address and mailing address up to date.
  • The client undertakes to provide real information.
  • The client agrees to pay Concept C the collection agency and attorney fees incurred in applying their rights under these conditions.
  • The client agrees to indemnify Concept C if it violates any of the conditions set out in this article.

Security and maintenance

You agree to indemnify, save and safely detain Concept C from any damages, losses, lawsuits or costs that may result from an action brought by a third party. This includes any action involving hacking or other malicious activity by a third party, which results in damage to the website, reputation, or customer revenue. If your website is hacked, we are not responsible. We will do everything in our power to remedy the situation at the current hourly rate, but we are not responsible for any damage or action that may occur.

These terms of use are subject to change without notice. At any time, Concept C may review and modify the above statements. It is your responsibility to come and consult them regularly.
